VPN check not properly working

Hi,

I am not sure if it is VPN/IP check that is the problem, but the same few people have been ban evading on NEW accounts just about every night. It is obvious they are on a VPN when looking at the country/ping. Unfortunately still, the normal Jailbreak admins can't ban them off of common sense.

If there is a way to fix it so these banned people can stay banned it would be great. They only care about fucking around on the Jailbreak server rather than trying to bring population up (i.e. lying to get 1upped, getting their friends to give them LR, talking shit to randoms).

The reason IP check doesn't work sometimes is that IP check only checks for the exact IP. I'm not sure exactly the terminology for stuff but ban evader's IPs can be slightly changed to where it is just the last 2 or 3 digits changed, therefore not catching under an IP check. @loo ★ or @Urbaena can clarify if this is intentional and can say bigger words if they want but that's the dealio.

If you are 100% certain they are on a VPN, this is my written permission that you can issue a 2hr ban and contact a higher ranking admin by MAKING A REPORT ON THE FORUMS.
