Basically my Neighbors have been a pain in the ass and are obnoxiously loud and stalk me. So to solve this problem I was looking for someone to help me with OBS and set up a twitch chat text to speech with a video of my neighbors house and if possible be able to play videos at the viewers request . Apparently it's not illegal to be obnoxiously loud and record people on your own property. I thought this would fuck my neighbors pretty hard for the shit they put my family through everyday for the past 3 years. I will give the only thing in my tango inventory which is my white name to whoever. I will try to find a way to give some stuff to other people if they help also. If you want to know the details of what has been happening with my neighbors I will make a post if yall want to know.
