cts and minigames
« on: December 10, 2019, 07:19:43 pm »
1. Describe the Suggestion: allow cts to play minigames with wardens permission, but enforce successful rounds. basically if there's 3 ts left and 7 cts, you don't need all of them. if one asks to go do a minigame allow them. However, if there are alot of ts and a warden is just giving every ct permission, then swap them.
2. Related link(s): none
3. Possible positive impacts: cts can play minigames.
4. Possible negative impacts: I dont see any? Ts wont complain about having less defense. If a warden wants to really ensure a successful round its his decision.
5. Which Division/Server will this idea affect: jb

Why should the purpose of Counter-Terrorist be altered. What’s the impact that’ll shift the weight of not enabling CT(s) to play mini games. I see this as a pro, people who’re actually wanting to actively play the role as it should be. Not as a handicap in which you cannot complete/win normally while on the terrorist side.

If you wish to play mini games, gladly swap over to the terrorist team, and compete against other players. Better yet, play mini games after LR is given as a reward for successfully completing a round.

devouch

This isn't actually following one of the major rules of creating a successful round because you aren't there if a T tries to rebel even when it is a low amount of t's you probably should still be watching them anyways. If you are that interested in playing minigames like project said, do it after lr.

If a warden wants to really ensure a successful round its his decision.

except the warden is usually met with

WOW WHAT A BITCH LOL EVERYONE CALL THE WARDEN A BITCH UNTIL HE LETS US PLAY MINIGAMES and it isnt super easy, especially for newer wardens or people who dont really care as much, to just shake it off.

heres a video of it happening. https://streamable.com/ii5uc

just fucking join t if you want to play minigames, not that hard.

also the idea that the decider of whats best for the round is always the warden is absurd. following your logic we should have no rules against disrupting rounds, such as teamkilling, because "if the cts want successful rounds they wont do it."
