Look 👀 ing for tips to lose weight

Hello 👋🏿, I am in a predicament. I want to lose around 15kg before I go to college because everyday I look at myself, I’m starting to look more like balon. I don’t really like exercise and I’m basically just trying to eat 2 healthy meals a day but it’s very hard as my school is in town and I’m a impulsive buyer. The exercise I do right now is walking 🚶. I walk probably around an hour and 20 minutes a day and that’s it. I don’t want to go for runs or to the gym because I’m insecure and always worry about what people walking past me think 🤔 💭 about me.

Well I'm vegetarian, and weight has been pretty hard for me to gain, so maybe if you try it'll help you a bit, I don't know a lot in this specific thing

And if you're afraid of others judging you, then just do stuff at home. Push-ups, crunches, burpies, there's a lot of stuff you can just do at home in a room

Thank you for the tips but, unfortunately I don’t have the skill set required to read a book 📚, I can’t afford a wii and I hate vegetarian 🌱 food. The do shit at home 🏡 is the only one that appeals to me but I also lose motivation when I don’t see results fast 😕

1. You won't see results fast, like don't even count on pushing past dropping 2-4 kilo a month(and im talking about intense EVERY DAY compound workout plus intense cardio with an extreme diet)
2. It took me 2 years of dieting and extreme workout to drop 30 kilograms, idk how many pounds that is just convert it.
3. Calculate your calories for food you eat, even the smallest snack needs to be calculated.
4. Do a LOT of cardio, as many times a week, minimum 5 days with compound workout too(and when i say cardio, im talking about a lot of running, walking won't do shit for you)
5. An infinite amount of determination and will. You'll have cravings to eat sugar, don't. Instead think about whether it's worth it to eat a piece of cake that's 500 calories and only brings you momentary satisfaction over having a successful day and getting close to your goal of losing weight.
6. Don't worry about the gym, when I was balon noone said anything to me, people even helped me around and offered me advice when I asked them about it. Most ppl in the gym are generally friendly.
Gl, if you need advice you can PM me since I know a lot about weightloss having gone through it myself.

Listen, it's not gonna happen without some serious effort.

The most important thing is eating well. Get an app like MyFitnessPal which helps you track calories and macronutrients. Keep under your goal as often as possible. If you take a cheat day you need to make sure to exercise more the next day.

Cardio will be your friend and your enemy. Look up the couch to 5k program. It's made to get someone who isn't fit at all to the point of being able to run an entire 5k with the run pattern stepping up in difficulty each week. On the days you break from running do simple workouts you can do at home, like crunches and push-ups. Also make a good pre and post workout stretching routine or else you're going to suffer.

Results won't come fast, but you will see them. If you keep at it until you go to college next year no doubt you'll hit your goal weight by then.
