The steal plugin needs to be removed (nobody, nobody, nobody, nobody likes it).
Bounce-resetter (after being airblasted, the the number of bounces would be reset, rather than after being detonated.)
Occasionally, the ground acts a ledge - bouncing the rocket back. This needs to be fixed in order to jump and spike properly.
votespeed (vrs), rank, votenuke, etc. have all been removed with the gamemode change.
