Hey, so for the few of you that don't know me, I'm a toxic Gmod kid that does stupid shit for attention and because I'm actually pretty dumb. Basically though, I'm bored and I don't get roasted in the Gmod discord channels as much as I used to so I made this, let's see if any of you can actually roast me since @Sad Butter is gone and he used to be the only one who could actually roast me.

How many hours a day do you spend administering on our server(s)? : Depends, lately I've been busy so it's been harder to go online, I've typically done about 50 minutes a day since I got back from vacation, but before I went on vacation I was pumping in about three hours a day, I can probably start doing that again when the server becomes more active and I have more time.
 
9. What made you want to apply for Mentorship?: Already doing GMod HR for cL, thought I might as well try to join mentorship again and help with HR in that aspect, plus most of the mentors for gmod are inactive.
 
10. What differs you from other applicants?: Mainly in two aspects I'm different, the first being my experience, I've been on and off staffing TTT for three years now and I have prior experience in tango mentorship, I also know how to train staff for all of the main gmod gamemodes. The second aspect is activity, as I stated previously, most of the gmod mentors are inactive, literally the only exceptions to that is BJB and Loo.

In your opinion, what are the qualities of a valuable Admin?: Dedication, without dedication there is no reason to actually keep playing on the server or even trying to get staff at all, staff needs to be able to remain active on the servers as well as be dedicated to their position and willing to put in some effort to keep the server in check and try to reduce toxicity.
 
12. What challenges may administrators face on our servers?: Reducing toxicity, GMod can become very toxic at times and the main job of the staff is to regulate that toxicity as much as possible in order to keep the playerbase content and give them reason to remain on the server.
 
13. Tell us more about yourself?: Basically I'm just a regular junior in high school, I've been playing gmod for about 3 years and I tend to do a lot of pc gaming.

8. What is your favorite part about Tango? The people, I've made a lot of friends throughout the time I've spent here because of Tango GMod, some of which I feel like I'll be friends with forever, the people I've met here can't just be met anywhere and I think I owe tango a good amount due to the people I've met.

9. What do you think is the worst part of Tango? The toxicity, with every good person here, there's also a bad person, I meet a few toxic people on GMod every day, life without tango can be a lot less stressful but what's the point of that, even with that toxicity and can be fun in it's own way just to deal with that toxicity.

10. Why do you want to become a Community Leader?: There's just not even enough GMod cL, the only active person in gmod that I see on the cL roster is BJB, GMod is slowly dying and with one cL it won't change much but two, two's a start in the right direction to help populating GMod with active members who are dedicated to the server.

11. What do you believe you can bring to Community Leadership others cannot?: Experience and dedication, I've been in cL before and was able to recruit anywhere from 2-4 recruits a week, I know how to recruit people and I'd like to bring that to cL. In addition I'm really dedicated when I set my mind on something, if I see the need, I'll pump in extreme amounts of hours and try to recruit people that I think can actually bring something to tango and be well behaved while I'm on GMod.

12. If you could change one thing about Tango what would it be?: I don't think I would change anything to be honest. Everything has it's own flaws and that's just something that's needed to be overcome. Without those flaws tango wouldn't be tango and there would be no work to be done. With no flaws cL wouldn't be needed, staff wouldn't be needed, all that would be needed is the server with no staff. The whole entire point of this group is to fix flaws within the player base and with activity and dedication but those are necessary flaws. So I guess, I'd have to say the player base but not completely, it would be no fun for anyone if every server was just packed with goody two shoes and just regulars.

13. Tell us about yourself!: I'm currently a junior in high school who just does a lot of gaming and traveling. I've been doing pc gaming since I was about 10 years old and I occasionally switch games that I put a lot of time and effort into but not that often. I typically travel to Europe or somewhere out of the country every year, and if it's not out of the country I do a good amount of domestic travelling as well.

16. What was your original reason for joining TangWorldWide?: The people I've met here, I've become real close friends with a bunch of people that I would have never met without tango. It just makes me want to give something back to the community and support tango in any way that I can.

Do you have conflicts with any TangoWorldWide members?: I don't think I have any conflicts with any members, some might have problems with me, but I try to stay as unbiased as possible and to avoid any conflict that may interfere with my treatment of them, sure, I might have disagreements every once and awhile but that's not the same thing as a conflict.

18. Why do you want to see TangoWorldWide grow? : Once again, because of the people I've met, I've met every type of person here, good and bad, I think I just want others to have the chance to get to know the good people here and make friends with the people here like I did.

6. How long have you been an official member?: I returned to tango about a week ago with about a 2 week gap of when I left to when I returned, but if that gap is excluded, about 4 or 5 months.

8. How many hours a day do you spend administering on our server(s)? : Harder now since it's kind of a dead server that is hard to populate, but I get on mg whenever I see another person online, it should be 1 or 2 hours a day pretty soon if we can revive it.
 
9. What made you want to apply for Mentorship?: The fact that GMod MG has no active mentors that know the rules very well.
 
10. What differs you from other applicants?: I made the rules and admin handbook for GMod MG, I know the rules for it better than anyone else, and I have past experience in mentorship and I know how to mentor people pretty well, at least in my opinion.

In your opinion, what are the qualities of a valuable Admin?: In my opinion, the most important quality would be dedication to the server, dedication would apply to being dedicated enough to know the rules and also dedicated enough to get on the server at any chance they get, another important quality would be intelligence, you need to be at least somewhat intelligent to staff a server, you need to know when the rules apply and when to enforce them, the rules can't make you think, you have to do that on your own.
 
12. What challenges may administrators face on our servers?: Toxicity is definitely a big challenge. Gmod is in general a game where a lot of toxic kids play, mg was no exception to that, you need to be able to handle the toxicity in a calm way of sorts, you have to make sure you don't cross the line while dealing with them.
