5. How long have you been a Tango Member: I have been a member of Tango for a year.
6. Why do you deserve this position: I feel like I deserve this position because I have had enough experience as an SA that I feel like I could handle the responsibilities of the next level of administrating. Expanding on the last statement I feel confident that if given a higher position I won't try to make any mistakes and will administrate JB with no problems. I also believe I am very well connected to the community, with a lot of people knowing me and also being active on the JB forum, joining TF, trying to converse with people about JB, etc. I also believe I do a good job informing people of the rules and explaining to them what they did wrong when giving them a punishment and what not to do next time, and what to do instead. Also my playtime on JB has always been good and recently I have been pushing to get more hours on the server.
7. What differs you from other applicants: What differs me from other applicants is that I have had a lot of experience administrating on JB, due to being SA for about 4 months. Which shows how I am very dedicated to being an admin on the server. I have been through multiple changes for the server, rules, players, etc., and I was able to adapt to them well. I also am on good terms with the player base on JB, a lot of people knowing me and not having any issues with me. I also try to dish out equal punishment to everyone, not picking favorites, and try not to hold a grudge on anyone because of one slip-up.

10. Write a background of yourself: I first experienced Tango when I joined the MG server last summer in Aug. Soon after being told to apply, I applied. After being accepted I applied for MG SA and was accepted to that position. I than took a break from CSGO for a while, but eventually made my way back to Tango in April. I started off by playing on the JB server and enjoyed playing on it. After about 2 months of playing on the server I applied for SA in May, and hve been an SA since being accepted at that time.
11. Do you have any information to add: I have been fine with my position atm and have 0 problems about it, so if I need to spend time as an SA longer than I am willing to stay as one to be a better admin to be up to everyone's standards. Also sorry if there are any grammatical errors, I am not the best at typing what I'm thinking.

8. What servers do you use and for how many hours each week?: Mainly JB, and I'd say I play for about 10-20 hours each week.

9. What made you apply for Mentor?: What made apply for a mentor is because after being referred I checked it out and decided it would be fun to be apart of this group, helping new players and all. Also I want to be more involved with tango in a good way.

10. Who have you recruited into the community?: As of now, no one.

11. What is the best part of Tango?: The best part of Tango in my opinion is how great the community is, such as the community being friendly. Everyone in this community is always nice to me and makes my experience on the servers enjoyable. I also really like the groups you can be apart of on the forums, it's nice to be apart of a group that shares the same interests as you. I also really like the events portion.

12. What is the worst part of Tango?: The worst part of tango is having to deal with people who are toxic on servers or on the forums. The people that are arrogant and don't seem to understand what they are doing wrong and continue to do it no matter what. Also, people who come on JB, MFK, and leave.

13. What would you change about Tango?: One thing I would change for sure would be to refine the rules on servers a bit. The rules themselves are good, but maybe adding on to some of them or refining them. It always seems that there are ways people try to bend and get past them.

14. What differs you from other applicants?: What differs me from other applicants is that I'm pretty active on the csgo servers, mainly JB, but I'll get on kz from time to time, and when I am on I'm usually nice and friendly towards people. And I would like to expand on that by inviting new people on the server to Tango.

15. Why do you want to see Tango grow?: I want to see tango grow because it has so much potential to expand to a great community and become very popular. I want to help Tango expand their servers on multiple game platforms, like adding more servers or adding servers to new games.

16. If I was interested in joining Tango how would you convince me to join?: I would convince you to join by talking about all the groups and how you could join a group for something that you like. I would also explain how much of a great community tango is and how people should be nice towards them, and if needed I'll be a guide for them and help them out if they need it.

17. To you what is the importance of having the Mentor division in Tango? It's important to have a mentor division because when new players join our servers it's very helpful to help guide them on the road to joining tango/becoming a member of the community. Also, a mentor is very helpful towards people who become admins and might need a refresher or need help with commands and such forth, I would know from experience, that it was very helpful having a mentor.
