• An update of the !ws plugin following the new CSGO Case

• Throwback map events / Frequent giveaways
  On nights when the server has higher population, do a throwback event on OG maps that have been removed (obama, summerjail, etc)
  aPn style giveaways, anybody in staff could run them and then get ownership have the prizes added to accounts. Don't go too crazy with the prizes, no models or nothing unless the server is really packed.
  To help them run smoothly admins running them should have the ability to extend the round time by x amount to ensure they have enough time etc.

• Lack of map diversity causes burnout and boredom
  Explanation: Lots of underrated maps are rtv'd before people have the chance to play them. People don't like new maps because they don't know them. People don't know them because they just rtv.
  Solution: I think always variating the way we chose maps for the pool is always a good thing. I propose we saturate the map pool just to freshen things up, then we add an axel style rotation (We keep a few classics in each week so the die-hard supporters still have a reason to play).
  Respectfully, when I say add these maps I don%u2019t mean the admin team pick and choose their favourite ones and fuck the rest off. Add all of them please%u2026 if people vote for them it means they want to play it. Why else would they vote for it? And if they don%u2019t. Well there is your justification to remove them later but we will get to that when it comes to it.

• Increase the time before you can rtv.
  Not sure how long it is currently but by x 1.15 %u2013 1.2 seems just about right.

• Server crashes too often, boots players on map change
  Brief Explanation (if needed): the server crashes on its own all too often, but the more frequent issue is how it disconnects players on map switches. we get the message "must connect from a lobby"
  Potential Solution: I'm not sure, i dont know how/why it happens but it ruins population

• Toxic players that don't promote fun days
  Brief Explanation (if needed): Certain players tend to tryhard on either side (t/ct) and it just makes the game unfun. On t I think that in moderation players who rebel every round make the game fun, but having 20 rounds a map where atleast 10 of them are just having to worry about containing them specifically seems unfun imo, on the flip side, some people are so strict and nazi that there is no room at all to rebel which makes it unfun for both ct's and t's
  
  Potential Solution: Bringing ct quiz back would get rid of some of the retarded ct's that allow for people to rebel every single round and it would also get rid of some of the toxic ct's. Another solution would be having admins that care enough to deal with subtle things like toxic ct's and not just muting racism and banning cheaters/mfkers.

• Admins with little activity - %u201Cno visible effort from higher ups%u201D
  Explanation: admins just don%u2019t get on a lot and that just brings freekilling cts on to depop the server even more
  Solution: Not waiting for people to apply but by recruiting active players and working with them towards becoming a decent SA applicant. Once this happens these inactive admins need to be spoken to about resigning if they are too busy or need to be removed.

Staff that oversee Jailbreak

• Div staff of other servers should have no business administrating Jailbreak unless told to by A team / SA or there being none present.

• I think it%u2019s fair to say the divs have been over worked and stressed out. Now it hasn%u2019t really been clear what%u2019s going on and I get people have shit they are delt with. But either 2 new div's should be appointed in this case who have presence on the server and will be open to suggestions and ideas with implementations. Or during their period of inactivity the leaders select someone from A team to cover for them temporarily whilst keeping the community informed of the changes if you want to be more diplomatic about it. Does that sound reasonable?

• Trusted staff setting their HP and using fun commands in warmup when told not to by ateam, setting a bad example for paidmins and new SA%u2019s
  Brief Explanation (if needed): A few weeks ago a new plugin was introduced that autoswaps ct's based on their score in warm up.
  Potential Solution: Therefore Admins (mainly trusted staff) should no longer be setting HP, tping any players or using any other fun commands during the warmup to make it fair for all ct's wishing to get a spot on CT. That or the plugin to be modified to swap randomly after warm up. Either way makes it fair.

K lets go ahead and go head first at this shall we?

* The first the the ws plugin always get updated when new skins are added you just have to wait a bit just takes time.

*Throwback map events could be possible but the maps you gave as examples (Obama and summerjail) were removed for a reason. With good cts the maps can be enjoyed but with the lack of population on the server there is obviously going to a lack of decent cts.2nd the giveaway thing could be a way to help pop for a bit. Idk we've talked about giveaways and stuff like many times but not  going to go too far about on this post.

*The lack of map adversity I can just talk with the divs about that nothing really to add on this. Will look into ideas for maps with the divs

* The whole rtv thing we previously looked into extended this so the server just didn't spam change five maps the people didn't like. I can't remember if it got implemented or not due to some errors but will look into the idea

* The crash thing I believe is do to our server box being update or changed.( then again I'm the community guy all technical stuff would be for salty)

*The toxic players thing we can just tell admins to be a bit more strict about this. We can tell admins to issue out more mutes for toxic players, gags, ect. Also if needed I can look into people who constantly cause problems and handle my self in need be

* The whole admins being inactive thing yea makes sense. Both divs have real life shit going and before this with us wiping the roster but yea we have been working on the admin problem

* The whole div staff from the other server thing makes no sense unless in this context are talking a trusted staff who does abuse. The whole point of trusted staff is it helps the jb server regarding administration. Now yes there are some people who are trusted who might do this but there is nobody that comes to mind at first thought

* finally the trusted thing where people are setting commands yea is just plain stupid. We have already warned somebody not do this but I can just to stop and if they keep doing it then they can just be removed from trusted staff
