Thank you for the replies, everyone. I had a major brain-fart while writing that post lmao.
I'm for sure going to get new RAM, CPU, and MOBO. The bottle-neck is horrendous, and it's time for an upgrade. My MOBO doesn't OC my CPU at all. It can get to like 3.5 at the very max. And I just have out-dated hardware (minus GPU and PSU)
So instead, I am shooting for an Intel Core i7-8700k, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB, and a Gigabyte Z370M MOBO, for a reasonable price of 588 dollars.

I assume this is the wrong thread to ask this question here, but I couldn't find the right one:(
I'm debating to either upgrade my RAM or my whole PC. Now, the obvious would be to upgrade my PC but I'm broke as fuck and I'm gonna have to save up for a fat minute.
I have a GTX 1060 6gb, 8GB of RAM, a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3, with an AMD FX 6300.
I mainly play BO4 and I noticed the recommended amount of RAM is 12? Anyways, my question is, should I just upgrade my PC to 16 gigs of RAM? The game runs really well, but I can't play Black Out and I get horrible stutters in some instances. Or should I just upgrade my whole system? Also, I can't overclock my RAM bc mobo is garbo.
Personally, I feel like I should get more RAM. But other opinions are good:)

So, thanks to everyone for the tips, that shit really came in handy.
I got super fucked up and was sitting outside chainsmoking cigs which I aired out.
And I brushed my teeth like 4 times and I put some deodorant on and I was alright.
It was a blessing that when I got home my parents were in bed because I was so stoned at that point and I would of been caught and fucked lol
