1. First Name: Nick
2. Age: 19
3. Timezone: EST | UTC−04:00
4. How long have you been an official member?: 2 Days
5. Are you comfortable reaching a weekly recruitment goal?: Yes!
6. Were you referred to apply?: Yes, i was referred by Xtra.
7. Do you administrate on any of the servers?: No
8. What servers do you use and for how many hours each week?: I use Jailbreak, Surf Utopia, TTT, and Rust PVP
9. What made you apply for Mentor?: I really think this would be a good way to better myself and my ability to lead. This would be a great opportunity to also help a community that I am enjoying very much.
10. Who have you recruited into the community?: I am getting my buddy to apply to join the community, I made my case how I liked the community and he said, "why would I pass that up?"
11. What is the best part of Tango?: The best part of tango is getting to experience playing with people all over the world with different backgrounds and nationalities. Not a lot of people get to play with great people in a diverse community.
12. What is the worst part of Tango?: The worst part of tango is the Toxic players that come in and sometimes get everyone hyped up to be mislead.
13. What would you change about Tango?: As of now I could not tell you what to change. As a normal player right now, everything looks as secure and as air tight as it could be. It seems as if there is a good system here.
14. What differs you from other applicants?: I am Airforce Military Police. I have to be a leader on a day to day basis to help people and sometimes save people's lives. I have also helped in recruitment in the Airforce as well. Many people do not get this kind of experience, this is how I differ from many other people.
15. Why do you want to see Tango grow?: I want to see tango grow because many people like myself like this community and enjoy being apart of something bigger than themselves. This community gives people a way to communicate with people they may have never talked to before. I believe that connections with other people is what drives people to be better than they have been, and that then leads to the people around to be motivated to be "better". You can interpret how people better themselves.
16. If I was interested in joining Tango how would you convince me to join?: I would tell them the benefits in the community and what the community offers. I would ask them if they have ever been in a situation, when none of there friends are on and they just had nothing to do. Well they can use this as an escape. I would remind them that this community has many different servers that they can play on and meet new friends and have fun doing so.
17. To you what is the importance of having the Mentor division in Tango? The importance of having mentors is HUGE. Just like the mission statement says, combining aspects of Community Leadership and Mentorship. What is a community without Leader ship? Leaders build the values and behaviors of a team. Without a leader, there isn't a standard to follow and team integrity eventually erodes. Since integrity is such a critical element of leadership, it makes sense that the values and ream integrity would erode with a leader's presence. Mentorship is directly related to Leadership.
*18. If you could do anything to improve mentor what would it be? Choose feedback carefully -
Not all feedback is helpful. A good mentor understands this and will deliver feedback in a way that will help their mentee gain insight to further develop specific qualities or skills.
19. Is there anything else you'd like to add?: I think we’ve covered most of it, but just to summarize, it sounds like you’re looking for someone who can really hit the ground running. And with my previous experience , I think I’d be a great fit. If there is anything else you would like to know about me please feel free to PM me!
