I really don't have an issue with the initial part of this report. Warning someone to clear their throat into the mic sounds like a pretty funny moment, and as long as Creole didn't allow it to happen multiple times I don't think it's anything worth punishing for. If it was something like screaming or being extremely loud then that would not be ok, but if it's just a slightly annoying thing I think allowing it once is something positive that admins can do to lighten the mood a little bit. The all chat of "join CT or ban" I would also put in this same line of thinking. I'm sure nobody in the server really thought they were going to be banned if they didn't join CT, I would imagine most people took it as a joke. Overusing all chat can get annoying, but this does not go too far in that direction to warrant any punishment.
The clip on Undertale I don't think has anything wrong in it. The only thing I have an issue with is Creole arguing with a player on the server, where the correct procedure should be to warn to stop the argument, and make sure it is dropped on both sides, escalating to mutes and kicks if it continues. As for the heal, nobody asked for a heal before starting the minigame, and it really felt like something you were fishing for to try and pin Creole on, as opposed to having legitimate criticisms of his admining ability and knowledge of the rules.
The only problematic behavior I see in this report is what Lance posted of Creole removing George's CT ban. While I understand the thought process behind wanting good CTs, if they are CT banned then they are CT banned, and it is nothing more than favoritism to remove the ban. I was the one who made the verdict of giving George that 90 minute CT ban, and I took him being a good CT into account when deciding the severity of the punishment. It is not up to any admin to make those decisions on the fly. If that question ever arises it should be brought to me, and if I am not available reach out to the Divisional Staff to make the decision. Since what I am seeing is not an egregious breaking of the rules,
@Creole will take a very formal
warning for removing CT bans, where the next infraction will lead to a suspension of admin, with the time relying on the severity of the infraction. As a tip to Creole and any other admin, you should not be engaging in arguments with players in voice or text chat, those should be shut down, or if you really want to talk it out then bring it to DMs.
