What happened (Be detailed): I was cheating my first couple of lr's which I'm aware that your allowed to cheat just not on last CT and I didn't cheat on last CT (I asked other admin buster about this and he confirmed that this was a thing) and then he slayed me

I know i had made several false reports do to my own ignorance but i checked with admin before making this post so that wouldn't be the case once again

We will attempt at getting this case responded to and processed in a timely manner.
 
For most minor cases, reports are usually processed in 24-48* hours. For larger and more difficult cases, reports are usually processed in 72-96* hours. Depending on how much weight the report consist of, it could be extended. Internal Affairs will determine if the case is major and if it needs to have an extensive period placed on it to allow a smooth process. In this case, your report will be updated notifying you of such and you or other parties involved may be contacted for further details/information.

Did we not just go over this last night??? making the lr unfair?!?!?!?!

You're literally abusing the lr system and complaining when action is being taken. The least you can do as a t is have a bind or type "no rules go".  You did this a couple rounds before hand as well. Every time you get LR its a constant issue.

And I quote from the MOTD "15. In an LR rules must be clarified, and a clear start must be initiated, or else the T is considered a rebel."

Neither of those were met, also "its called cheating". No, it's called unfair LR by abusing the fact that the cts are stripped of their weapons and have 1hp to kill them with a gun that you deliberately placed on the floor before the LR.

One of the trickiest things we deal with on the Jailbreak server tends to be this distinction between an unfair LR, which you may slay for, and just cheating LR, which you may not slay for. The difficulty in the distinction comes from when someone cheats in such a way that it would be impossible for a CT to fight back or ever come out on top. For example, knifing someone during gun toss if you lose is fair in most cases, as the CT is aware that it is going to become a knife fight, but if the T just knifes the CT in the back as he is doing his gun toss, this would be unfair as there is no way for the CT to retaliate. Using dodgeball in such a way to strip people of their weapons, then using a gun you stashed away before the LR seems extremely unfair. The most egregious example of this is when Dr. Brandon is LR'd as he is in the water, causing him to instantly die. Biggerboot is in the wrong for these situations, but I do also believe that Brandon had more of a responsibility to communicate why he was slayed, and give warnings to Biggerboot that are very pointed to the issue (there may have been warnings, but demos do not show them). This is not abuse, but the communication between the admin and the player in this situation could have been handled better.
