4. How long have you been an official member?: Currently a day or 2, have been around a long time.
5. Are you comfortable reaching a weekly recruitment goal?: My hours vary a lot for recruiting because I work overnights, but I will try my best to:)
6. Were you referred to apply?: A LOT OF PEOPLE TOLD ME TO OKAY I GET IT
7. Do you administrate on any of the servers?:I do not
8. What servers do you use and for how many hours each week?: I will probably be playing JB the most out of all the servers we got, but I'll definitely be stopping by the tf2 jb and checking that out a lot too.
9. What made you apply for Mentor?: I've been around this community and mentorship for a long time, and I want to help mentorship grow and thrive back to what it used to be. I'm here to help in any way possible and I'm here to start bringing the group back
10. Who have you recruited into the community?: There's so many people back in the day I can't keep track.
11. What is the best part of Tango?: The people, the servers, the memories. All of it is the best to me.
12. What is the worst part of Tango?: to me its just lack of communication I see sometimes. But otherwise not many faults I can see going around, besides just a nonsense blame game going around instead of trying to fix problems.
13. What would you change about Tango?: I would change how the aspect between staff and member aren't so different. Staff is good to have, but we can't have people thinking that they're different because they're in staff because when it comes down to it, we're all just trying to help the community thrive and be better. I don't like seeing the "staff vs members" crap and I wanna make that bridge smaller and work towards a better horizon for it.
14. What differs you from other applicants?: I have a lot of experience with Mentorship, I have a lot of experience administrating servers, talking to people, and just the way I can work with a lot of people differently.
15. Why do you want to see Tango grow?: Tango is my online home, always will be. Been here 5 years and will still be here. Tango is a place I want to see thrive.
16. If I was interested in joining Tango how would you convince me to join?: Right now? Currently talking on discord and teamspeak, playing on the servers with multiple people and making friends is what makes a community, and I wouldn't bring up to them every 10 seconds. I would mention it and if they'd want me to help them do it I would, but otherwise I'll ask them to just hang out on the servers, discord, and teamspeak with me and enjoy what Tango has to offer.
17. To you what is the importance of having the Mentor division in Tango? It helps train new admins and helps represent what this community means. This community is a great place to be, and I want to show people that a group like this is nice to have around.
*18. If you could do anything to improve mentor what would it be?: Currently, I don't know what to improve mentor besides getting people in here because I haven't been around it in a long time, but I'm more than willing to talk about it if I get accepted and am seeing how things go.

Changes / Re: Discontinuation of Services

I've been at tango for a long time, and had a rough start. When I was here and doing things balon gave me big chances to do a lot and came up short on a lot of them. Tango will always hold a special place in my heart, and I will always come back to this place. I hope it can turn around and thrive and become what it used to, if not better. I'm ready for the tango comeback.

Trusted staff are there to help administrate the server, and to listen to the SA/A-team when its needed. If it's possible they should have SA perms, not Council perms on the server. don't know if its possible or if that's how it works, but it should be set up like that imo so that situations can be solved easier involving these admins

Make it 12 instead of 24, and 200 min ct ban instead of 300. Still a lot of time to burn off. My intake on this is I like it the way it is, you gotta have punishments for things like these, but 24 hours is too long.
